JASON TYSON CHORDS | GOSPEL JAZZ Piano

Jazz Piano
Today I am breaking down a chord progression taken from Jason Tyson. Tyson played this movement in the traditional gospel song ‘What a Friend we have in Jesus’.

This chord progression has strong jazz influences and sounds similar to something jazz pianist Keith Jarret would play.

Jason Tyson is an amazing pianist and has worked with a multitude of gospel artist like Smokie Norful, Marvin Sapp and many others! We will be covering more lessons and movements by him in the future.

Hope you Enjoy!
