I then saw the chords on http://www.jazzstudies.us/ and dissected them. Easiest was: 1, (F4) 251 (floating 251 to the 4th), 251 to root. 3. 6.. 2 (major third), 2 (minor third), 5 1. Very easy to internalise over a couple of minutes.

I then went to the piano, without needing the score started to mess around with the melody (read: find it) and whack it together with the chords. Then it’s a case of personalisation.
